Project Summary:
The Calvert County Administration Building is a four-story, 103,302-square-foot office building serving Calvert County in Prince Frederick, Maryland. Developed on the former County Services Plaza site, which was demolished in 2021, the new facility represents a significant investment in modernizing County operations and improving access to public services. The building consolidates administrative functions into a purpose-built environment designed to support staff, residents, and visitors through efficient office space, updated building systems, and long-term operational flexibility. As a prominent civic facility, the project required careful coordination among the owner, design team, general contractor, and trade partners to deliver a durable, high-performing building for the County’s continued growth.
Doyle Systems’ Scope of Work:
Doyle Systems furnished and installed the project’s plumbing infrastructure, supporting domestic water, natural gas, stormwater, and sanitary waste and vent systems throughout the facility. Our scope also included the installation of plumbing fixtures, backflow prevention assemblies, water heating and mixing equipment, pressure-boosting systems, sump pump equipment, and water system sanitation services.
