Project Summary:
The MGM National Harbor Sportsbook was a renovation project located inside the MGM National Harbor, originally constructed in 2016, to create an upgraded sports betting and entertainment environment for the public to enjoy. The project transformed an existing casino area into a modern sportsbook experience with new guest-facing amenities, upgraded mechanical and plumbing infrastructure, and coordinated tie-ins to the active facility’s existing systems. Because the work was completed within an operating casino and resort environment, the project required careful planning, precise field coordination, and close attention to schedule, safety, and disruption control. Doyle Systems supported the renovation by coordinating its work with the general contractor, design team, and other trades to help deliver a finished space that aligned with MGM’s high standards for guest comfort, reliability, and presentation.
Doyle Systems' Scope of Work:
Doyle Systems provided and installed the Plumbing system to the MGM Sportsbook project by utilizing Ground Penetrating Radar technology to ensure precision core drilling to avoid casino electrical conduit and post tension steel cables. Doyle Systems provided stainless steel sanitary drainage piping, conduit connections for beverage dispensers, reconnection to existing facility connections, lead BIM coordination, new ductwork systems connecting to existing facility connections with a new HVAC system, controls, insulation, testing and balancing, and startup services.
