The project transformed the aging facility into a modern, welcoming, and highly efficient one-story community center encompassing approximately 20,689 square feet. Designed to better meet the needs of a growing and diverse community, the renovation modernized the building’s appearance, functionality, and performance while preserving its role as a central gathering place for recreation, education, and community engagement.
Doyle Systems' Scope of Work:
Doyle Systems provided and installed the project’s plumbing, mechanical, and above-ground geothermal pump distribution systems, supporting the facility’s long-term performance and energy efficiency goals. The scope included coordinated piping, ductwork, insulation, testing and balancing, rooftop HVAC distribution equipment, geothermal heat pumps, domestic and geothermal pumping systems, and water heating infrastructure.
