Project Summary:

The Polk Street Maintenance Facility project was a federally funded renovation and modernization of an existing 128,045-square-foot, single-story warehouse designed to support critical maintenance and operational functions. The scope of work included extensive interior renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and the installation of new building systems to improve functionality, efficiency, and long-term facility performance. Executed under an aggressive five-month construction schedule, the project required detailed planning, proactive coordination among stakeholders, and precise management of subcontractors and material procurement to meet critical milestones.

Doyle Systems' Scope of Work:

Doyle Systems provided and installed the mechanical and plumbing systems, including ductwork, insulation, air balancing, automated building controls, gas-fired rooftop units, variable air volume terminal units, air curtains, Mitsubishi VRF indoor fan coil units with condensing units, a dust collection system, unit heaters, exhaust fans, gas water heaters, expansion tanks, recirculating pumps, sump pumps, an oil separator, drinking fountains, plumbing fixtures, emergency eyewash stations, and water sterilization.
